Navoteños gain Tesda scholarship

Navoteños may now study for free and earn technical-vocational skills through a scholarship from Technical Education and Skills Development Authority. The scholarship is open to Navotas residents ages 18 to 55 who have finished high school. Navotas opens new justice hall
