Navoteños gain Tesda scholarship

Navoteños may now study for free and earn technical-vocational skills through a scholarship from Technical Education and Skills Development Authority. The scholarship is open to Navotas residents ages 18 to 55 who have finished high school. Navotas needs ship welders

Navotas City’s best-equipped ship welders now need to be trained with the help of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority.
